From the 27th-31st December, my family and I celebrated the end of the year with a last-minute trip to Canada. As I’m sure many of you know, I love snow – and Eastern Canada is the perfect destination for those wishing to enjoy a classic winter wonderland. I was not disappointed!
Our 4 night getaway was action-packed, as we wanted to take in as much as possible! It involved us exploring Toronto (and travelling up the CN Tower!), admiring the breathtaking – and frozen – Niagara Falls and watching a game of heart-racing ice hockey – among various other trips and events. We felt it was crucial to truly immerse ourselves in the country – especially because Canada is so fascinating. Both the people and the scenery are incredibly charming, and it feels like a home from home. Canadian people truly do live up to their stereotype; they are so welcoming, enthusiastic and lovely.
Visiting Canada is an experience that you will never forget – and somewhere we truly believe that everyone should visit. Whether you are a thrill-seeker, city lover or a beach fanatic, there is something for everyone – it’s so versatile! If you need any more persuasion in visiting, then just take a look at the photos below… Next stop Western Canada!!!!
